Funky Fortune Cookies

In high school I had a fantastic boyfriend, Brandon. What a sweet guy...probably the nicest guy I have ever known. For his birthday one year I made him fortune cookies...well I tried, they didn't quite turn out right. They had the sweetest little notes inside, along with a nice crisp outer ;) I named them "Funky Fortune Cookies".

Brandon was so kind and appreciative...he actually ate a couple, even though they certainly didn't look edible ;) I believe he opened one a day to make them last and always had the cutest comments to make on my silly messages.

Maybe the kids and I will make some soon. Let's see if hubby will eat them, hahaha!
